Orders

Your order is an offer to buy, accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline an order, for example where an address is outside our delivery area, in which case you are refunded in full.

Seasonal availability and substitutions

Flowers are a natural, seasonal product. Where a pictured stem or colour is unavailable, our florists substitute with the closest alternative of equal or higher value while keeping the overall look and feel of the arrangement. Containers and sundries may vary the same way. Significant changes are only made after we contact you.

Prices

Prices include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged at checkout based on what you order and where it is going. If a price is obviously wrong we will contact you before proceeding.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders renew on the schedule you choose (weekly, fortnightly or monthly) and are billed automatically before each delivery. You can skip, pause or cancel any time from your account with no fee. Subscriber discounts apply only while the subscription is active.

Delivery

Delivery promises depend on accurate address details. Please double-check the recipient address and postcode; we cannot refund flowers correctly delivered to the address given at checkout.

Complaints

Tell us within 5 days for fresh flowers, 14 days for anything else, and give us the chance to put it right. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
