What we collect

Your name and contact details, delivery addresses and recipient details, order history, and any gift messages you write. Payment details are handled by our payment providers (Shopify Payments and PayPal) and never stored by us.

What we use it for

Making and delivering your orders, telling you about your delivery, running your subscription if you have one, and, only if you opt in, occasional marketing emails you can unsubscribe from with one click.

Recipient details

When you send flowers to someone, we use their name and address only to deliver that order. We never market to gift recipients.

Who we share it with

Shopify (our website platform), payment providers, our couriers for dried flower deliveries, and Dried Blooms, our sister brand, when they fulfil a dried order for you. We never sell personal data.

Cookies

The website uses cookies for the basket, checkout and basic analytics. Your browser settings let you limit these.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete your data, subject to records we must keep for tax and accounting. Email hello@thepetalboutique-winchester.co.uk.
