Fresh flowers
Fresh flowers are perishable, so they are exempt from the usual 14-day cancellation rules and we cannot accept them back once delivered. What we promise instead: if your flowers arrive damaged, wilted or not as described, contact us within 5 days of delivery on 01962 865694 or hello@thepetalboutique-winchester.co.uk with a photo, and we will put it right with a replacement or a refund.
Fresh flowers are living products. Some stems arrive in bud on purpose, because that gives you the longest vase life. Buds are not a fault.
Cancelling a fresh flower order
You can cancel or change a fresh order up to 24 hours before the delivery date for a full refund. Inside 24 hours the flowers may already be made, but call us and we will always do what we can.
Dried flowers and non-perishable items
Dried arrangements, vases and other non-perishable items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging, for a refund. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or faulty, in which case we cover it. Contact us before returning anything so we know to expect it.
Funeral flowers
If anything is not right with a funeral tribute, contact us immediately and we will fix it as a priority. We know there are no second chances with these.
Subscriptions
Skip, pause or cancel your subscription at any time from your account before your next billing date. Deliveries already paid for are made as normal or refunded if cancelled before the noon cutoff on the day before delivery.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days, usually much sooner.
